When Howard Cox started Cox Paving in 1967, he primarily did asphalt paving, chip seal, and road base material work. Since the 1980's Cox Paving has been on the vanguard of asphalt rubber paving and micro surfacing techniques. The past fifteen years they have used equipment manufactured by D & H in their daily paving operations. Active now on six continents, our D & H Equipment is used in China, Europe, the Middle East and South America as well as North America.

We welcome you to come to Texas to visit our D & H Equipment manufacturing plant. A D&H representative can show you crews working in several locations throughout the state of Texas, we can show you the entire process; from the equipment designs and construction, tire grinding process, to the mixing of asphalt rubber, and the placement of asphalt rubber on the roadways.
